STORY
DGCG was founded in 2014 by Singer/ Songwriter, Media Personality and Creative Director Domanique Grant.
DGCG was originally founded by Domanique Grant to solely act as an artist management company to oversee her career. Domanique hoped to address issues in the Canadian music industry that saw a significantly lower percentage of artists of colour represented by major management companies. Than twenty years old, Domanique never expected that her interest in filling a gap in the Canadian music industry would lead to building a social enterprise merging music management and community development. In under a year the high demand for creative services from companies ranging from global not for profit organizations (United Nations, TEDx) to global brands (Unilever, BMW, Olympic sporting games) would take her previous years in marketing, interactive engagement and community development and expand her company into a 5x award winning creative agency.
